Taylor Stitch built The Long Haul Jacket around 9 oz of that canvas — organic cotton waxed with a proprietary finish that beads water and develops character with every wearing season. The trucker silhouette is backed by zigzag reinforcement stitching at every stress point, copper rivets at pocket corners, and YKK hardware throughout.
After four-plus years of daily hard use in multiple climates, the jacket shows zero structural compromise. The wax coat needs refreshing every one to three seasons — about two hours of work with a tin of Otter Wax — and the jacket returns to full weather resistance indefinitely.
