The Citizen Messenger uses 1050D nylon with a military-grade waterproof liner, and the signature seatbelt buckle closure is the same hardware rated for automotive crash forces. The bag sits flat against the body with a cross-shoulder strap that distributes 26 liters of capacity without shifting during rides.
