The UltraMax II pairs a one-piece elongated bowl with TOTO's Double Cyclone flush: two small nozzles produce a centrifugal rinse that clears the bowl on 1. 28 gallons instead of the old 3.
5-gallon convention. The CeFiONtect glaze is ion-barrier smooth, preventing the mineral buildup and bacterial adhesion that turn ordinary toilets into permanent cleaning projects.
Because the unit is a single piece, there is no gasket or bolt path between tank and bowl to start weeping a decade in. The written warranty is one year, but the ceramic body is the product — the UltraMax and Drake lines have been in continuous production for over two decades and TOTO's parts catalog still carries every fill valve, flapper, and flush tower for them.
At roughly $450 against a 30-year service life, the math sits under $15 a year — less than a single big-box toilet replacement.
