The S-435 is the top of the redesigned Genesis platform released in 2022: a heavier stainless cookbox, thicker PureBlu burner tubes, and a dedicated two-burner sear zone capable of 650°F surface temperatures. Weber's warranty reflects what the metal is built to do — twelve years on the cookbox and lid against rust-through and burn-through, ten years on the stainless burner tubes and porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates, five years on all remaining parts.
The part ecosystem is unmatched in outdoor cooking: Weber publishes exploded diagrams for every Genesis made since the 1980s, sells every replaceable burner, igniter, grate, and Flavorizer bar direct, and dozens of third-party shops stock the rest. At around $1,599 against fifteen to twenty years of service, the S-435 works out to under $110 a year — less than one big-box grill that ends up at the curb after three seasons.
