The 1,560-watt motor drives a patented forged stainless steel blade that is 80 percent thicker than standard blender blades — and owners routinely report ten to fourteen years of daily use before the motor shows any sign of fatigue. When motor brushes do eventually wear, they are user-replaceable with basic tools and an iFixit teardown guide.
The 90-ounce BPA-free WildSide+ jar uses a post-2016 double-bearing design that addressed earlier seal issues, and replacement jars run $100 to $150 when needed. Third-party Alterna Jars offer a modular blade assembly for even easier maintenance.
The eight-year registered warranty covers both the motor base and the included jar — among the longest in the industry. At $380 with a realistic motor lifespan exceeding a decade, the cost-per-year lands around $38, and that number drops every year the motor keeps running.
