Richlite is a paper composite of compressed wood fibers and food-safe phenolic resin — dimensionally stable in ways wood is not, with a hardness profile that protects knife edges while resisting cuts that would scar plastic. Independent testing has documented boards remaining perfectly flat after 10 years of daily use and 2,000 dishwasher cycles.
The All-In-One adds a juice groove on one side and silicone non-slip feet that Epicurean sells as replaceable parts. The board itself is NSF-certified, made in the USA, and backed by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
At roughly $50 for the 14. 5x11.
25-inch size, the math is brutal against the alternatives: a wooden board needs constant oiling and warps if dishwashered; a plastic board scores deeply within a year and goes to landfill within three. Richlite does neither, and Epicurean built a board that lasts twenty years and tolerates the dishwasher.
That is the case.
