Made entirely from 18/10 stainless steel with a double-wall vacuum-insulated body, this press cannot shatter on a countertop, in a sink, or during a camping trip. The dual-screen plunger filters cleanly, and the insulated walls keep coffee hot for over an hour without a heating element — roughly four times longer than a glass Bodum.
The construction is 18/10 surgical-grade stainless, the same alloy used in commercial kitchen equipment. Frieling backs it with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, and while the plunger screen is the only component that sees real wear, replacement screens are readily available.
