The ThermaPen ONE reads temperature in one second with accuracy to plus or minus 0. 5 degrees Fahrenheit across a range of negative 58 to 572 degrees.
The thermocouple probe uses a type-K sensor that is the same technology found in industrial measurement equipment. The body is IP67 waterproof, survives drops from counter height, and the auto-rotating display adjusts for left or right-handed use.
