The 6-piece set is what happens when industrial bakery construction is repackaged for a home oven: a half sheet, large cookie sheet, 9x13 rectangular pan, 8x8 square cake pan, 12-cup muffin pan, and small loaf pan, all stamped from aluminized steel with the same corrugated surface used in commercial production. The corrugation is structural — it stiffens the pan against warping and reduces dough-to-metal contact for cleaner release without grease.
The Americoat silicone coating is PTFE- and PFOA-free, and lasts longer than standard non-stick because the corrugation protects the coating from abrasion. Each pan is made entirely in the United States and backed by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
At roughly $100 for the full set, the per-piece cost is under $17 — competitive with the cheap aluminum pans that warp on the first use, and matched only by professional-grade pieces costing twice as much. USA Pan took commercial baking infrastructure and made it affordable.
